Ofsted 2024: Fitzjohn's Primary School is a harmonious community of happy pupils and adults.

A Message from the Headteacher

I have the best job in the world.

Each day I get to come into work and change someone’s life for the better.

In schools, we make the future, we build hopes and dreams, and we create communities. We help to make great learners and great people.

At Fitzjohn’s, we aim to create a community where everyone feels they belong and loves to learn. We do this by working together: children, parents, staff and governors. Each of us has a valuable role to play in helping everyone to thrive socially and academically.

I love my job, I love this school, and I love the community that we are trying to build.

I look forward to sharing our school with you via this website, on a tour, or when you join us.

I hope then that you too will come to love Fitzjohn’s.

Don't just take my word for it, watch the video below to see what our children think.
